Inclusion Criteria
- Male soccer player with at least 2 years of experience.
- Playing soccer at least 2 times a week, and regularly active in competition.
- 18 - 35 years old.
- Body mass index (BMI) 19 - 25 kg/m2.
- Healthy.
- Signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- Symptoms of infections during the last month before the start of the experiment.
- Present or recent (< 1 months before the start of the study) injury
- Smoking or use of drugs
- Medication use
