1) Men 19 to 60 years old with a history of pain or discomfort perceived in the prostate
region with no other lower urinary tract pathology for a minimum of 3 of the last 6 months
2) National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index total score greater than 15
3) Ability to understand and the willingness to sign a written informed consent
1) History of other lower urinary tract pathology such as urinary tract cancer, urinary tract infection including acute prostatitis, neurogenic bladder, and surgery
2) Contraindication of hyperbaric oxygen therapy such as pneumothorax, cardiovascular surgery, chronic pulmonary obstructive disease, upper respiratory infection, fever, and cancer
3) Participants who were diagnosed as infectious or inflammatory disease, and musculoskeletal disease within recent 3 months
4) Men with female spouses who are pregnant, breastfeeding or refuse contraception
