1. aged between 30 and 60 years old
2. with stage 1 to 3 lymphedema
3. chemotherapy or radiation therapy was terminated
4. late post-operative patients
5. presenting pain and having one or more of the following symptoms: heaviness, numbness, oppression, stiffness, alterations in the function, or mobility
of the shoulder
1. with muscle or tendon injuries in the arm and/or neck
2. poor skin conditions, circulatory pathologies
3. surgical history in adjacent areas except breast cancer surgery
4. unable to perform treatment instructions
