Inclusion Criteria
(i) Age range: healthy adults aged between 20 to 40 years (health status is based on a semi-structured interview), having minimum yoga experience of 3 months. (ii) Both genders with equal ratio M:F, (1:1) (iii) Comply with the study design and willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Recent abdominal surgery
2. Person with extra systole based on electrocardiogram (ECG)
3. Tinnitus and an active ear infection are the conditions which are unsafe to practice bumblebee yoga breathing

Name Time Method 1. Blood pressure <br/ ><br>2. Heart rate variabilityTimepoint: Pre: 5 minutes <br/ ><br>During: 15 minutes (3 epochs of 5 minutes each with 2 minutes of rest in between) <br/ ><br>Post: 5 minutes <br/ ><br>Total duration is 29 minutes.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method i) Six letter cancellation test, (ii) State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-s), <br/ ><br>(iii) Global vigor and affect instrument (GVA), <br/ ><br>(iV) Quality of intervention using Visual analogue <br/ ><br>scale (VAS).Timepoint: For SLCT, STAI and GVA assessments will be done before pre and after post. <br/ ><br>Visual analogue scale will be used only after post.
