1. Parkinson's disease patients based on the international Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders Society Criteria Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease
2. Atypical parkinsonism patients based on the Diagnostic criteria for progressive supranuclear palsy and second consensus for diagnosis of multiple system atrophy
Patients with
1. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease
2. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of musculoskeletal disease patients
3. Patients with a difference of 10 mmHg or more in systolic blood pressure between upper arms
4. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of severe resting tremor or dyskinesia
5. Other patients who deemed inappropriate for the study by the researcher
6. demented patients based on DSM-V
