- •Gastro esophageal reflux disease or obstructive sleep apnoea.
- •Preoperative sore throat or Upper respiratory tract infection since last 10 days
- •Mouth opening <2.5cm 0r anticipated difficult airway.
- •Any fascial,laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem.
