1. ASA I-III?, Aged 65-80 years, irrespective of gender;
2. scheduled to receive lobectomy or segmentectomy in vedio-thoracoscopic surgery;
3. written consent signed;
4. immediately tranferred to PACU after surgery.
1. Chronic opioid abuse; disability;
2. Severe clinically cardio-vascular diseases;
3. Illiterate patients;
4. with coagulation difficulties;
5. with poor lung funtion preoperatively;
6. expected complicated surgery or expected surgical duration more than 4 hours or expected large hemmorage.
