Inclusion Criteria

Forward head angle � 46 degree

Forward shoulder angle � 52 degree

Mechanical neck pain for more than 3 months.

Exclusion Criteria

Structural deformities of upper back

History of neck surgeries, trauma

People with pulmonary and chest conditions

Non mechanical neck pain: Cervical radiculopathy, myelopathy

Established conditions around shoulder and neck

Current medical, Physical, Alternative treatment for cervical disorder
