Inclusion Criteria
- •Forward head angle ââ?°Â¥ 46 degree
- •Forward shoulder angle ââ?°Â¥ 52 degree
- •Mechanical neck pain for more than 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Structural deformities of upper back
- •History of neck surgeries, trauma
- •People with pulmonary and chest conditions
- •Non mechanical neck pain: Cervical radiculopathy, myelopathy
- •Established conditions around shoulder and neck
- •Current medical, Physical, Alternative treatment for cervical disorder
