1.Patients scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy
2.ASA class I and II
3.Age 18-60 years
4.Height-150-170cms
5.BMI <30kg/m2
1.Patient refusal to participate in study.
2.Patient having any spinal deformity.
3.Infection at the site of subarchnoid block.
4.Patient receiving steroids, analgesics and sedatives.
5.Patient having history of endocrine, cardiovascular, renal or CNS disease.
6.Patient having history of chronic pain
7.Patient having history of allergy to study drugs.
8.Patient having psychiatric disorder.
9.Any history of clotting or bleeding disorder
