Inclusion Criteria
1. Outpatients who undergo EGD and Colonoscopy
2. Age18-70 years
3. ASA 1-2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who have risk for aspiration include esophageal stenosis, achalasia, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal cancer and Ascites
2. Patients who unable follow recommendations for bowel preparation according to randomized groups
