20 Years 至 70 Years(—)

入选标准

  • 1. Loco-regional advanced stage HNC
  • 2. Histologically-proven diagnosis of HNC
  • 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0-2
  • 4. Able to provide informed consent

排除标准

  • 1. Distant metastasis or locoregional recurrence disease
  • 2. Contraindications to RT or chemotherapy or Hydrogen gas inhalation
  • 3. Previous head and neck irradiation
  • 4. Previous head and neck surgery (except biopsy)
  • 5. Patients with tracheostomy tube
  • 6. Patients with respiratory disease e.g. asthma, COPD, Pneumonia, Lung cancer
