For prevention of stimulation of obturator nerve during transurethral resection of bladder tumor,we have to give obturator nerve block. In this study we wants to compare two diffrent methods to block obturator nerve.

1. ASA 1,2,3
2. Radiologicaly/cystoscopically diagnosed case of superficial urinary bladder mass present on posterolateral wall scheduled for TURBT . 3. Patient of any age fit for TURBT and spinal anesthesia
1. Patients refusal to participate in the study
2. Patients above ASA class 3
3. Patients having hypersensitivity to local anesthetic
4. Patient having contraindication to spinal anesthesia
5. Patient on anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs
6. Severe cardiac disease graded as NYHA class 3 -4
7. Previous obturator nerve injury
8. Local infection at block site
