- •The study will be conducted in ASA I , II and III patients undergoing ear ,nose and throat surgeries of duration more than or equal to 1 hour
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusing consent
- •2.ASA grade IV
- •3.Emergency operations
- •4.Lower esophageal sphincter incompetence
- •5.Pregnant females
- •6.Active airway infection
- •7.History of previous surgery and pathology of larynx and trachea
