1.Thai or foreigner adult age more than 18 years old
2.Be able to communicate in English
3.Foreigner traveler who come from low-endemic country stay in Thailand more than 3 months
4.Thai traveler travel to higher endemic country of tuberculosis (compare to Thailand)
5.Duration of trip are between 3-12 months
6.Be able to commplete blood test
7.No active tuberculosis and normal past 3 months chest X-ray
8.Be able to participate in this study
1.Travelers need anti-tuberculosis drugs
2.Travelers who previously diagnosed with tuberculosis in the past 10 years
3.History of contact tuberculosis patients
4.Immunocompromised travelers
5.Health care workers and immigrants
