Inclusion Criteria
Age from 45 to 65 years Gender selected is both Male and Female. Special Test is patient testing positive cozen and mills test, clinically diagnosed as lateral epicondylitis Affected elbow may be dominant/non dominant for the duration for more than 12 month
Exclusion Criteria
1 Bleeding disorder
2 Taking anticoagulants
3 History of thrombosis or thrombophilitis
4 Any condition that weaker skin
5 Systemic illness
6 Any injection
7.H/O elbow surgery/diffuse pain syndrome
8.PT intervention in past 6 months
