Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • American Society Of Anesthesiologists (ASA)Physical Status 1 And 2 Patients Age Group Of 18 To 65 Years Of Age Under Going Elective Trans Sphenoidal Resection Of Pituitary Tumor Will Be Included In This Study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Known Cerebro\-vascular Disease/Insufficiency
  • 2\. Known Liver Or Kidney Insufficiency
  • 3\. Pre\-Operative Heart Rate \<50 Beats/Min Or
  • Atrio\- Ventricular Block
  • 4\. Known Cardio\-Vascular Dysfunction
  • 5\. Poorly Controlled Hypertension Or Diabetes
  • 6\. Patient Receiving Calcium Channel Blockers,
  • Beta Blockers
  • 7\. Known Coagulopathies
  • 8\. Known Bronchial Asthma
