1. According to the medical history and CT/MRI examination, it is consistent with acute cerebral infarction;
2. Patients within 2 weeks of onset;
3. Aged >= 35 years and <= 80 years;
4. Some patients receive intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction;
5. The informed consent is signed by the patient or his legal guardian.
1. Transient ischemic attack (TIA), hemorrhagic stroke and mixed stroke diagnosed by western medicine;
2. Cerebral infarction diagnosed by western medicine but consciousness is not clear. Stroke with zang-fu organs diagnosed by Chinese medicine;
3. Unable to cooperate with clinical data collection.
