入选标准
- •i.Patients admitted with acidotic, hypercarbic COPD exacerbation.
- •ii. Age > 18 yrs and = 8yrs.
排除标准
- •1.Pre-existing diaphragmatic dysfunction or neuromuscular diseases affecting diaphragmatic function
- •2. Pregnant women
- •3. Contraindications to the sniff test or absence of a window on ultrasound examination
- •4. Inability to sit up for the fluoroscopy or USG examination
- •5. Patients who are frail, bedbound, end stage organ damage, malignancy
- •6.NIVO score being either too low (0–2) or too high (7 to 9).
