入选标准
- •Patients above 18 years to 40 years.
- •Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis / Apical periodontits patients in mandibular molars
- •Pain value - according to NPRS Scale of score >=5
- •No significant medical problems
- •Patient who could read and understand VAS,
排除标准
- •Teeth that had previous endodontic treatment, Periapical Pathology,Immature apex and hot tooth
- •Analgesic ingestion within the last 4 h,Â
- •History of any allergic reaction to NSAIDs,
- •History of peptic ulcers or GI bleeding,
- •History of renal or hepatic disease,Â
- •Hemorrhagic disorders,
- •Pregnancy and Lactation,
- •Currently taking antiinflammatory agents, anticoagulants, diuretics, oral antidiabetics, lithium, cyclosporine, and methotrexate,Â
- •Patients on intrauterine contraceptive device.
