Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients who are 40-80 years old
2.Patients who are on maintenance HD 3 times/week (4 hr/session)
3.Patients who are able to communicate effectively in Thai and without hearing impairment.
4.Patients who have history at least 6 months of HD.
5.Patients who are fully conscious.
6.Patients who are stable hemodynamic status.
7.Patients who are willing to participate throughout the 3 months of intervention.
8.Consent to complete questionnaires.
9.Willingness to disclose the results of laboratory tests and physiological examination.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients who use benzodiazepines and/or antidepressant.
2.Patients who have the history of mental illness and active psychiatric problems.
3.Patients who have other active medical problems in the last 3 months such as Heart Failure (HF), Myocardial Infarction (MI),Stroke, Pneumonia, Carcinoma, Etc.
