Inclusion Criteria
- •1.在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院重症医学科进行 CRRT 治疗;
- •2.家属签署知情同意书。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.有大量胸水且未进行胸腔闭式引流;
- •2.B 超证实心脏有严重分流;
- •3.进行高频机械通气支持治疗;
- •4.患儿无法保持仰卧位或胸部存在大量皮损;
- •5.患儿对电极片过敏;
- •6.电子心力监测法信号差。
