Inclusion Criteria
patients between 18 years and 65 years, American society of Anesthesiologist classification I-II undergoing open laparotomy
Exclusion Criteria
patient with hepatic,renal, pilmonary or cardiac dysfunction, Patient with neurologic disease, history of calcium channel blocker or magnesium, coagulopathy or history of anticoagulant, hypermagnesemia, history of allergy to magnesium, myasthesia gravia
