Age of 18 to 60 years;
Sudden unilateral sensorineural hearing loss during the last 3 weeks;
Exclusion Criteria
Previous hearing loss;
Acoustic abnormality or tumor;
Acute or chronic otitis;
History of ear surgery;
Munir disease;
