Inclusion Criteria
ASA physical status I â?? II patients of either sex between age 18- 60 years. Patients undergoing lower limb orthopaedic surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal for the procedure.
2. Spinal anomalies.
3. Any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia such as local infection at site of injection, allergy to the drugs, raised intracranial pressure, deranged coagulation profile.
4. ASA physical status III and above.
