Exclusion Criteria
Patients unwilling for the trial
Patients unwilling for local anaesthesia
Patients allergic to local anaesthetic agents
Paediatric patients
Patients with bleeding disorders
Patients in anticoagulants
Patients with acute perianal suppuration
