- •Patients of either gender,
- •Aged between 18 to 65 years,
- •Belonging to ASA-PS I and II,
- •Undergoing elective laparoscopic surgeries requiring general anaesthesia and endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •Patients not giving consent.
- •Patients with suspected allergy to study drugs (Esmolol).
- •Patient with difficult airway.
- •Patients with history of bronchospasm.
- •Patients with history of bronchial asthma.
- •Patients with history of cardiovascular diseases
