Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Parents (incl. foster/step/adoptive parents) of 12\- to 21\-year\-olds with presumed computer game addiction symptoms or Internet use disorder symptoms.
- •The adolescent or young adult lives with the participating parent at the time of the 6\-week training.
Exclusion Criteria
- •One parent has already participated in the training.
- •Missing/insufficient knowledge of German.
- •Lack of Internet access or e\-mail address.
