- •Relapsing and/or progressive MS, Age over 18 years, fatigue (WEIMuS \> 32\), EDSS not more than 6\.0, written informed consent, willingness for an outpatient visit after 3 months, Internet Access, Basic Computer knowledge
排除标准
- •Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, cardiovascular medication, corticosteroids within the last 30 days, severe cognitive deficits, severe other disease, preexisting Sports activity (more than 2 sessions per week)
