Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children greater than 1 month and less than 18 years with shock requiring inotropes
- •admitted in the PICU of Department of Paediatrics, Kasturba Medical college and
- •hospital, Manipal
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children whose parents deny consent
- •Children treated with inotropes prior to admission.
- •Children who succumb within 48 hours of starting inotropes
- •Post operative cases
