Inclusion Criteria
Patients older than 60 years undergoing robot assisted radical prostatectomy who have no other psychiatric disorders except dementia and who are normal healthy patients or patients with mild systemic disease.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with severe systemic disease, patients with allergies to dexmedetomidine, patients who are unable to communicate or impaired cognitive function, patients who can not read the consent form (eg illiterate, foreigner)
