American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical status (ASA) I-II
Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
Anticipated Difficult laryngoscopy and intubation or more than one attempt for intubation taken.
Patient having cardiovascular dysfunction.
Uncontrolled Hypertensive
Patients with raised intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure
Pre-existing hepatic or renal impairment.
Pregnant patients.
Allergic to Study Drug.
Patient refusal for consent.
