1) Written and informed consent from patients
2) Critically ill patients Age >18 or < 60
3) All patients having delirium assessed through CAM-ICU scale were considered eligible for the study
4) Patients who are verbally responsive, and not having demenî??a wereincluded in the study.
5) Diagnosed within five hours of onset of delirium
1.If they had less than 5 days of ICU stay
2.Sensitivity reaction to the melatonin and olanzapine supplement.
3.Pregnancy
4.Previous history of seizure or active seizure
5.Unable to assess for delirium
6.History of severe cognitive or neurodegenerative disease
7.Unable to communicate in English or Hindi
8.Absolute contraindication to enteral nutrition
