Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Secondary spontenous pneumothorax patient, adults aged 40 years or older who were scheduled for thoracoscopic lung wedge resection at the Kyung Pook University Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Sepsis and systemic infections.
- •2\) Severe interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis.
- •3\) Past medical history of previous lung resection surgery on the same side.
- •5\) Chronic use or abuse of painkillers or sedatives.
- •6\) Bleeding tendency.
- •7\) Cannot understand objective indicators, such as pain scores.
- •8\) ECOG 3 or higher.
- •9\) Refusal to participate in the study.
