Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Using the health/physical fitness questionnaire of the ACSM Exercise Prescriptions Guide, the person who has no problem with physical activity and is recommended by the doctor for physical activity and exercise.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The criteria for exclusion will be those who have a weight change of more than 5% within two months of the study or who have a change in the dosage of oral blood sugar\-reducing agents, hypertension drugs and cholesterol\-reducing agents, a person with a blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg or higher, unstable angina, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, heart attacks, arthritis, chronic renal failure, epilepsy, convulsions, and chronic enteritis.
