Inclusion Criteria

Married women of age group 25-45 yrs with regular menses who complain of something coming out per vagina,Patients of different gravidity and parity,Patients complaining of heaviness in external genitalia, vaginal discharge, micturition disturbances, coital difficulties with any associated symptom,Patient willing to participate in study.

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women,Psychologically unstable patient

,Patients with metabolic disorders like any systemic disease, thyroid dysfunction, hypertension,Patients with 3rd degree uterine prolapse,Patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases,Patients suffering from any genital tract infection or under treatment of STDS, HIV, HBSAg et,Patients having congenital abnormalities in genital tract,Patient having any benign & malignant growth of genital tract, polyp, fibroid,Patients with any history of allergy or allergy from trial drug,Congenital elongation of cervix,Patient with any surgical history of genital tract,Patients with decubitous ulcer with 3rd degree uterine prolapse.

Assessment will be done on basis of prepared proforma and improvment in sign and symptoms of yonishaithilyaTimepoint: Total 5 follow ups will be done at every 15 days. Four (4) follow ups will be done with medication and 5th follow up will be done without medication to see the changes in parameters.
