1.Married females with complaint of something coming out per vaginum
2.patient complaining of heaviness in external genitalia,excessive vaginal looseness, vaginal discharges, micturition disturbances, loss of sexual sensation during intercourse and backache etc
3.Upto second degree uterine prolapse
4.patient willing to participate in study
1.patient not willing for trial
2.patients having systemic diseases like thyroid problem, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis
3.patients with all chronic inflammatory perineal pathology
4.patients having congenital abnormalities in genital tract
5.patients having benign and malignant growth of genital tract like polyp, fibroid and non malignant pressure causing growth like bartholin cyst
6.patients having sexually transmitted diseases, Human immuno-deficiency virus, hepatitis B, hepatitis C etc.
7.patient with decubitus ulcer with third degree uterine prolapse
8.psychologically unstable patients
9.women on oral contraceptive pills
10.non obstetric perineal injury
