1.Patients willing to participate in the study.
2.Patients of either sex with age between 18 and 30 years.
3.Patients having the classical features of Mukhadushika.
4.Total duration of the illness should be less than one year.
5.Patient who have white heads, black heads, few or multiple red papule (2-4mm) with or without some pustules and slight inflammation of skin of the face.
1.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
2.Patients of either sex below 18 years and above 30 years will be excluded from the study.
3.Total duration of the illness more than one year.
4.Patient on hormonal therapy will be excluded.
5.Inflammation of skin which involves chest, shoulder and back.
6.Patient suffering from DM, HTN, Asthma, systemic disorders, other skin disorders like ââ?¬â?? Vitiligo, Psoriasis, Urticaria.
7.Alcoholics and/or drug abusers.
8.History of hypersensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredients.
9.Pregnant/ lactating woman.
10.Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past 6 months.
11.Any other conditions, which the principal investigator thinks may exclude the patient.

Name Time Method Assessment will be done on the basis of prepared proforma for assessment of subjective parameter, this completely depends upon the symptoms and its grades.Timepoint: 45 days with 3 follow ups of 15 days each.
