Inclusion Criteria

1.Thai perimenopausal women aged between 45-55 years old who have been living in Moo 9, Lahan community in Bangbuatong District Nontaburi Province for at least 6 months.
2.Thai perimenopausal women with climacteric symptoms score greater than 15 assessed using Climacteric Symptoms Form for screening and did not have amenorrhea in the last consecutive 6 months.
3.Thai perimenopausal women with no history of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
4.Thai perimenopausal women not participating in systemic exercise program or been in yoga programs in the past 6 months
5.Thai perimenopausal women providing written consent to participate in the research study by signing the letter of consent to participate voluntarily. For those participants who were not able to read and write, thumb impression were taken after clearly making them understand about the study, its purpose and protocol in presence of a witness (village head).

Exclusion Criteria

1.Thai perimenopausal women with a history of knee or spine surgery.
2.Thai perimenopausal women with a history of hysterectomy or endometrial ablation.
3.Thai perimenopausal women with a history of any type of hormone replacement therapy.
4.Thai perimenopausal women who are currently taking any type of supplements (vitamins, phyto-estrogen, etc.)
5.Participants who cannot attend the intervention program at least 80% of the total intervention period, that is, at least 10 weeks.
