ASA grade II/III belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA)
Patients who have given consent
Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries
Patients on adrenoreceptor agonist or antagonist therapy
history of bleeding disorders
history of cardiovascular disease
history of respiratory disease
history of renal dysfunction
history of hepatic disease
pregnant women, Lactating mothers
the history of central Nervous system disease or neuromuscular disorders
Pt on antipsychotic drugs
History of hyperthyroidism
Diabetic patients
Coagulopathy
local infection
Pt allergic to Levobupivacaine , Dexamethasone and Dexmedetomidine
Patients who are not willful to give consent
