Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade II/III belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA)
- •Patients who have given consent
- •Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients on adrenoreceptor agonist or antagonist therapy
- •history of bleeding disorders
- •history of cardiovascular disease
- •history of respiratory disease
- •history of renal dysfunction
- •history of hepatic disease
- •pregnant women, Lactating mothers
- •the history of central Nervous system disease or neuromuscular disorders
- •Pt on antipsychotic drugs
- •History of hyperthyroidism
- •Diabetic patients
- •Coagulopathy
- •local infection
- •Pt allergic to Levobupivacaine , Dexamethasone and Dexmedetomidine
- •Patients who are not willful to give consent
