Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Clincal and/or radiological diagnosis of an acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
- •\- Time from symptom onset or last seen well to hospital admission \<24h
- •\- Prior antithrombotic medication (aspirin, clopidogrel, ticagrelor, prasugrel, dipyridamol) or lack thereof (control group)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Prior oral anticoagulation (marcumar, dabigatran, apixaban, rivaroxaban, edoxaban) or heparin
- •\- Administration of intravenous thromboylsis prior to blood test
- •\- History of coagulation disorders (e.g. von Willebrand disease, Glanzmann\`s thrombasthenia, Bernard\-Soulier syndrome)
