- •Clincal and/or radiological diagnosis of an acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
- •- Time from symptom onset or last seen well to hospital admission <24h
- •- Prior antithrombotic medication (aspirin, clopidogrel, ticagrelor, prasugrel, dipyridamol) or lack thereof (control group)
排除标准
- •- Prior oral anticoagulation (marcumar, dabigatran, apixaban, rivaroxaban, edoxaban) or heparin
- •- Administration of intravenous thromboylsis prior to blood test
- •- History of coagulation disorders (e.g. von Willebrand disease, Glanzmann`s thrombasthenia, Bernard-Soulier syndrome)
