入选标准
- •pediatric patient with the age of 3-12, undergoing scheduled surgery under general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •hypersensitivity reaction with opioids or NSAIDS.
- •patients who are in need of total intravenous anesthesia because of the risk of malignant hyperthermia of EP monitoring during surgery
- •electrolyte imbalance or hypothyroidism.
- •abnormal preoperative ECG finding.
- •patients who are taking the drugs that affect the QT interval (ex. TCA, beta blocker, calcium channel blocker, antiarythmic agents).
