- •1.All patients undergoing surgeries of fore arm, wrist and hand with American Society of Anesthesiology physical status classification designated I, II.
排除标准
- •1.Patient with bleeding tendencies and coagulopathy.
- •2.Patients with known local anesthetic allergy.
- •3.Patients with liver and renal diseases.
- •4.Patients with poor Glasgow coma scale.
- •5.Pregnant and lactating females.
- •6.Patients with history of intake of other α2. Adrenergic receptor agonistic drugs.
