Inclusion Criteria

1.All patients undergoing surgeries of fore arm, wrist and hand with American Society of Anesthesiology physical status classification designated I, II.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient with bleeding tendencies and coagulopathy.

2.Patients with known local anesthetic allergy.

3.Patients with liver and renal diseases.

4.Patients with poor Glasgow coma scale.

5.Pregnant and lactating females.

6.Patients with history of intake of other α2. Adrenergic receptor agonistic drugs.
