入选标准
- •solid cancer patients with during chemotherapy any regimen in 2 or 3 week interval
- •- first time of absolute neutrophil count less than 1500 cell/mm3 in day of next cycle or before 24 hour of next cycle
- •- postpone chemotherapy by individual physician
- •- patients can follow up complete blood count (CBC) in next 3 day
- •- ECOG 0-2
排除标准
- •- previous radiation within 30 days
- •- bone marrow metastasis
- •- receive prophylaxis granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)
- •- receive systemic immunosuppressive medications
- •- active infection
- •- BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2
