Inclusion Criteria
Patients who underwent normal vaginal delivery with first time episiotomy.
Patient with 1st and 2nd degree perineal tear
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with severe anaemia. (Less than 8g/dl)
Patient with third degree perineal tear.
Patient with known case of allergic reaction.
Patients having positive VDRL, HIV, HBsAg.
Patients suffering with systemic diseases like Tuberculosis, etc.
