- •Current treatment with drug known to prolong QT interval
- •Baseline QTc >450msec for men, > 460msec for women
- •Baseline QRS > 130msec
- •Baseline PR >200msec
- •Patients taking medications known to interact with quinidine
- •Known hypersensitivity to quinidine
