入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients of cirrhosis with suspected or documented sepsis with MAP < 65 mm Hg
排除标准
- •1) Age <18 years or > 75 yrs
- •2) Already received colloid or 2 litres of fluid within the first 12 hours of presentation
- •3) Already on vasopressors and/or inotropes
- •4) Patients with Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis and serum albumin less then 1.5g/dl
- •5) Patient with structural heart disease
- •6) On maintenance hemodialysis
- •7) Other causes of hypotension
- •8) Pregnant or lactating women
- •9) Patients in need for emergent surgical interventions
- •10) Known chronic obstructive lung disease and congestive heart failure
- •11) A previous adverse reaction to human albumin solution
