Inclusion Criteria
Insomnia according to DSM-V, Insomnia Severity Index > 9, >18 years old, in possession of an email-adress, internet and a computer.
Exclusion Criteria
Sleep Apnea, the start of psychotherapy in the last six months, alcohol or drug abuse, complaints that indicate a current depressive episode (CES-D>27, Zich et al., 1990)
