- •Planned for midline laparotomy
排除标准
- •Patients with chronic use of analgesics, history of drug or alcohol abuse, neuropsychiatric disorder, ASA grade 4, known allergy to study drug, cardiopulmonary compromise, on thrombolytic therapy, patients requiring post operative mechanical ventilation or sedation, patients with contraindications to epidural anesthesia and failed to understand or sign the informed consent will be excluded.
