Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 19 or older to under 75 years of age who undergo spinal surgery under general anesthesia, classification of general conditions of the American Anesthesiology Association 1,2
Exclusion Criteria
? Body mass index BMI > 30 or 15 ? a valvular heart patient
? a patient with hemodynamic instability
? a patient with elevated brain pressure
? Patients whose electrocardiogram is not normal sinus rhythm on preoperative examination
? Unstable angina, left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%
? a serious vascular disease
? cerebrovascular stenosis
? Patients with renal dysfunction (Serum Creatine >2.5 mg/dl)
